Four Days of Racing Coming to Atlanta Motor Speedway
Henry County is the proud home of Atlanta Motor Speedway, one of the country's top sports, corporate, family and entertainment facilities. Since holding its first race in 1960, Atlanta Motor Speedway has become a premiere facility for multiple forms of racing in addition to a wide range of other events which have included concerts, family gatherings, business conventions and the Georgia State Fair.

Race fans are gearing up for race weekend at AMS. Just the second stop on this year's NASCAR schedule, race fans attending the Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 weekend at Atlanta Motor Speedway, Feb. 26 through March 1, will get an early season look at some of the top drivers on the circuit in the first race of the season with the brand new rules package following the season opening stop in Daytona.

This year's NASCAR weekend in Atlanta will include four straight days of on-track action. The high-speed linep kicks off with a NASCAR Sprint Cup Series open team test on Thursday, Feb. 26, as drivers get their first tast of the AMS oval in the new season.
